Shipping details

Worldwide shipping with tracking. The goal is for your purchase to reach you in the safest, most efficient, and affordable way possible.

Orders are prepared within 3-7 business days.

Prints are made to order in USA, EU, Canada and Australia, and shipped from the closest facility for faster shipping times, lower shipping costs and custom fees, and reduced CO2 emissions. Please note that some sizes are not available in all countries and will be shipped from the closest available destination.

Carefully hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes.

US, EU, CA and AUS: 4€ flat rate. Rest of the world: 10€ flat rate.

Please note that you are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply to your order, so please check with your local custom office for possible additional fees.

US: 4-7 business days
Canada: 5-11 business days
Germany: 7-12 business days
France: 3-5 business days
Australia: 9-13 business days

Delivery times are only estimates, depending on the destination it could be more. International mail is affected many circumstances beyond my control, including but not limited to customs delays, long distances, weather and local/foreign holidays. I sadly cannot guarantee delivery dates since it depends on the postal services and customs in each country. Specially on holidays or peak season delivery times can vary. Please understand that once a package has been shipped, transit and delivery times are beyond my control.

Shipping issues

Mistakes happen 🙁

If your order arrived damaged or you received something defective, or an item you didn’t order, please email me with a picture of the damaged or wrong item, and I will be happy to reship your order for free.

If a package ends up missing on its travels to you, I am happy to send a replacement! Shipping services aren't generally considered lost until 20 business days have passed the estimated delivery date.

Please check carefully your delivery address, data and sizes during checkout. It’s very important to be sure to include the entire correct shipping address. Once the order is placed I cannot cancel or modify it.

If the package is sent back to me due to the wrong address submitted on the order, or failed delivery attempt due to customer absent, I will kindly ask you to pay the cost of re-shipping your order.

If an item is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but did not arrive, I’m not responsible. Please make sure the address you provide is safe and secure.


I offer 100% happiness guaranteed. If you don't love your art print, or if you change your mind, I'm happy to offer a 14 days refund upon receipt of the package. The items must be returned in original condition and in the original, undamaged packing or similar protective tube/box. I reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping back to me (in Spain). Returns happen at your own risk and own expense. I do not refund the original shipping costs and you will have to cover the cost of return shipping unless your item is defective or you have received the wrong product. If any items arrives back to me damaged I'm not able to offer a refund. I recommend using a trackable shipping method with shipping insurance so you can track the status of your shipment and be sure that the items get returned to me. I cannot accept the cost of any items lost in transit. 

If you would like to return any items, please email me within 14 days of receiving your order, with the following information:
– your name and email 
– your order number (you can find this on your order confirmation email)
– the item you would like to return
– the reason for return

If your order arrived damaged or you received something defective, or an item you didn’t order, please email me within 48 hours of delivery with a picture of the damaged or wrong item along with the packaging pictures, and I will be happy to reship your order for free.

Giclée art prints

All prints are custom printed in USA, EU, Canada and Australia by a professional fine art & photography lab with archival quality.

Giclée printed one by one, using 8 Epson UltraChrome HDR pigment inks. Pigment inks produce gorgeous deep and rich colors and are fade resistant to last a lifetime. Giclée prints are renowned for their extreme longevity and for delivering near-perfect integrity to the original work.

Fade resistant to last a lifetime with a color-permanence rating of +75 years. Printed on 100% archival and acid-free 190 gsm matte fine art paper.

All prints are unframed. Frame not included. Hopefully I can offer framed prints soon.

Please note that due to monitor differences, colors may vary slightly from what appears online.

Unpacking your print

Please read and follow the care instructions:

Please be extremely careful while manipulating the print. It is really easy to bend the paper!

Do not grab or pull trying to extract the print from the tube. This could cause bending or creasing. Let the print slide out naturally. Use two hands to support your print so it will not bend as dents and creases in the print are also likely to be permanent. Use clean and dry hands at all times. Hold your print only at the very edges of the paper to avoid finger-smudges and scratches.

How to uncurl your print: carefully roll out your print on a clean flat surface and place heavy flat items like books on the prints’ end. While uncurling the print, be sure not to squeeze it to hard as you may bend it. Let it sit for 24-48 hours. If it still isn’t flat when you remove the books, replace them for a few more hours.
